Shipping Policy

  • All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received, so please plan ahead, especially during holidays or peak seasons.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected:

4. Shipping Delays

  • Occasionally, shipping may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, carrier delays, or customs processing.

  • We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.

 

5. Damaged Orders

  • If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@buchosbarkery.com.

  • Please include photos of the item and packaging to help us process your claim.

  • We will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

 

6. Shipping & Billing Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing addresses.

  • Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, please notify us before the order is shipped.

  • Bucho’s Barkery is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses if the error is not reported in time.
