Processing Time: All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Delays: Unexpected delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs processing). We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Damaged Order Policy

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will require photos of the damaged item and packaging to process your claim.

We will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping/Billing Policy

Buyer is responsible for ensuring all Shipping and billing address provided on an order are correct. Orders will be shipped to address provided.

If an incorrect address is provided, buyer must notify Bucho’s Barkery BEFORE order is shipped out, otherwise Bucho’s Barkery is not responsible.
