To the fullest extent permitted under Washington law, Bucho’s Barkery disclaims liability for adverse reactions related to individual pet health conditions, improper use, or failure to follow feeding guidance.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD)

• Payment is required at the time of purchase

• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders if necessary

Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; we may cancel or limit quantities in compliance with Washington consumer protection laws.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are processed within 5-7 business days and may take longer due to unexpected delays or holidays.

Ownership and risk of loss pass to you once the order is delivered to the carrier, as permitted under Washington law. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.

6. Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items

Due to the nature of pet food products, all sales are final, except where required by law.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will review and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund consistent with Washington State consumer protection requirements.

7. Subscriptions 

If you enroll in a subscription:

• You authorize recurring charges at the disclosed frequency and price

• You may modify or cancel before the next billing cycle

• Charges already processed are non-refundable unless required by law
